Before founding RGR, Vincent was Director of State Government Relations for a top-30 lobbying firm, serving a portfolio of 20+ clients and managing the day-to-day operations of the state practice.
He began his career with former New York State Assemblymember Kevin Cahill — starting as an intern and working his way up to Legislative Director. He later served on central staff in the New York State Senate, negotiating budget and policy matters across insurance, health, labor, aging, and cultural affairs.
